XD I, like many others, thought Zuko was gonna break Iroh out of prison. I was right...except he didn't.

So, either Zuko took to long to transform, or Iroh didn't want to wait any longer. :P

iroh had a back-up plan ^^ of course, the fact that zuko didn't act quickly enough means that he felt horrible about letting his uncle down, poor thing

Zuko took too long, for sure. The only reason Iroh didn't escape the Ba Sing Se prison was because he had to watch over his nephew. I mean, he's IROH, the Dragon of the West!
